Why it matters
Your health history, in one place. Yours to control.
A page per condition
A dated history of each condition, with your medicines and notes.
Ready for every visit
Your questions, results and plan in one note. Reminders for tests and medicines.
Shared on your terms
Invite family, a caregiver or a doctor. Remove anyone at any time.
Take it with you
Download any history or file. If you cancel, your history stays.
How it works
Your records, genetics and devices go in. Clear answers come out.
Papers you already have
Biopsy and scan reports, blood tests, visit notes, discharge papers. PDFs or photos.
Records we request for you
Verify your ID and give permission; we request them from the network that links most US hospitals. A Triangle clinician goes through them with you.
Genetic results, if you have them
Genetic or tumour test reports, worked into the condition’s history.
Readings from your devices
Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, Whoop and more. Sleep, heart rate and activity beside your labs.
Medical research, when you ask
Studies and guidelines from journals and health agencies, with what is settled kept apart from what is not.
Ask in your own words. Get answers in plain ones.
Why did you rank the targeted combination above adding radiation?
Mostly because of the inherited TP53 finding in your germline results your sequencing, Sept 2023. Radiation spends part of a lifetime budget you can’t get back, and with that finding the risk of a second cancer later is meaningfully higher than average.
The targeted route spends none of it, and builds on your current therapy rather than replacing it.
This is one reading of your records, not a recommendation. Your oncologist decides.
What would change your mind?
Progression on the current therapy. If the disease starts moving, the calculation flips and radiation becomes worth the budget; that’s written into option four.
We specialise in cancer. Every other AI is guessing.

Why Triangle
A chatbot guesses. A portal shows one hospital. Triangle holds your whole file, and reads it.
| Compared | Triangle | A general AI chatbot | A hospital portal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Getting your records | Requested for you from the national record networks, and kept current as new ones arrive | Only what you paste in | One hospital’s |
| Understanding them | Explained in plain words from your own records, and checked against the evidence | Guesses from the internet | Raw documents, no explanation |
| Cancer | Sequencing read, trials matched, targeted therapies ranked, with the evidence | Textbook answers, not your tumour | Your reports, as filed |
| A chronic condition | One page per condition: medications, labs, readings and reminders, tracked over time | Nothing tracked over time | Results, one hospital at a time |
| A clinician behind it | A licensed physician reviews every deeper analysis before it reaches you | No one | Your doctor, at the next visit |
| Your own AI assistant | Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Grok: it reads your record, sets reminders, books visits | It is the assistant, with no record to read | None |
| Family and carers | Family or a carer can view or help manage, each with their own assistant | One person’s chat | Proxy access, hospital by hospital |
| Your data | HIPAA-compliant, never sold or shared for ads, delete it any time | Depends on your plan | HIPAA-compliant |
